Highly driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Energetic and friendly with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, quantitative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Attention to detail with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and exceptional customer service skills. Qualifications/Prior Experience

Education: B.A./B.S. in Business or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful outside sales and business development in the construction industry. Licenses/Certificates: Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean DMV record. Preferred residence in Kansas City, St. Louis, or Dallas area.
