Expertise You'll Bring - Skills -

Technical delivery management, ITSM tools knowledge, ITIL - 8-15 Years of IT experience in Project / Program delivery. - Experience in managing deliverables for a large team (10+) for the platform management & production support. - Overall Technical delivery oversight for platform/production support and dedicated workstream leads. - Good knowledge with ITIL framework & ITSM tools. - Major Incident management & excellent customer interfacing skills. - Good email communication & client management skills. - Innovative Thinking & proven automation experience. - Organization Commitment (hard working) - Customer Focus/Orientation

What You'll Do - Overall Technical delivery oversight for platform/production support and dedicated workstream leads. - Reporting to the customer management team on project status & highlighting risks. - Work along with the Ingestions Ops teams and ensure on time deliverables. - Introducing process improvement initiatives. - Risk management with the help of project and management team.
