Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate cross-functional teams to plan and execute the development of firmware for system management.
- Develop project plans, track progress against milestones, and communicate status to management and other stakeholders.
- Work with engineering teams to identify technical risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with product management to ensure that firmware development aligns with product requirements.
- Ensure that firmware development and delivery adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Work with manufacturing teams to ensure successful firmware installation and integration.
- Contribute to the development of the overall firmware strategy and roadmap.
- At least 5 years of experience managing firmware development projects.
- Strong understanding of system management firmware and its associated development frameworks.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze technical problems and develop creative solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree is preferred.
