Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to plan and execute the development of firmware for system management.
  • Develop project plans, track progress against milestones, and communicate status to management and other stakeholders.
  • Work with engineering teams to identify technical risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure that firmware development aligns with product requirements.
  • Ensure that firmware development and delivery adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Work with manufacturing teams to ensure successful firmware installation and integration.
  • Contribute to the development of the overall firmware strategy and roadmap.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience managing firmware development projects.
  • Strong understanding of system management firmware and its associated development frameworks.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to analyze technical problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree is preferred.
