Job Summary:
As a Delivery Product Manager at the Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects and products that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, track, and support delivery activities, including Sprint ceremonies, risk/issue identification, and feature decomposition.
2. Analyze and document IT components of product backlogs, focusing on quality delivery and providing status updates to management.
3. Coordinate with Agile delivery teams to refine stories, provide technical feedback, and facilitate requests from other IT application or infrastructure teams.

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and its application in IT delivery.
• Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with product backlog management and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with Medicaid and/or CHIP programs and policies.
