Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of stormwater management projects.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the technical skills of team members.
  • Stormwater Management: Apply technical knowledge of stormwater design principles and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license, Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM).
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in stormwater management and infrastructure projects.
  • Skills: Proficiency in engineering software and tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Open Roads, Stormwater Modeling, and GIS), strong technical knowledge of stormwater design principles and best practices, understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and permitting processes.
