Job Title: Administrative Clerk

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant should have 1 or more years of experience supporting employees and management, be familiar with current technical tools/programs/software, and have professional practices. This position focuses heavily on making travel arrangements and submitting expense reports. This is an in-office position offering 30 hours a week.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative support for the operations support team, district employees, and management.

Create, edit, and format documents such as organizational charts, memos, and correspondence.

Arrange and coordinate travel reservations for senior management, new hires, and interns.

Complete and submit expense reports for senior management.

Collaborate with other administrative staff and department members to foster a positive and productive work environment. Support cross-functional teamwork and contribute to a cohesive team dynamic.

Maintain a working knowledge of standard software/technology.

Hard Skills

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Englewood, Colorado.

Work Environment

In-office, 30 hours a week (6 hours a day) with flexibility to increase up to 40 hours. Core hours between 8AM - 5PM, with flexible start/stop time
