Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at our Danvers, MA location. The Account Manager will manage client accounts and build strong relationships with clients. The day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of CRM and or ERP software
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, journalism, or engineering preferred.
