Idea Recruitment is searching for a qualified consultant with Executive Compensation Plan Design. The Executive Compensation Consultant works with the Vice President of Consulting to plan, evaluate and deliver compensation services and projects as assigned. Employees should be comfortable meeting with Clients to provide them with compliant, business-sound HR solutions. Consultants may be asked to work consistent weekly hours on-site to provide direct support to clients.

Pay is negotiable

6 week project (possible extension)

Requirements / Responsibilities:
  • 3 years EXECUTIVE Compensation Plan Design
  • 3 years Human Resources experience
  • Strong communication (written and oral)
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Data and Market Analysis
  • Computer savvy
  • Strong Excel skills
