Highlights of the Connections Care Coordinator Position: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year experience activities or recreation service experience Certified Dementia Practitioner or eligible for certification. Willingness to work in a hands-on role with residents and staff. Must be able to drive a company vehicle (town car and 14 passenger van) Must possess a current driver's license and ability to meet approved driver requirements PSL is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
