Summary:
Seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our mission. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a track record of success in sales, and the ability to navigate the fast-paced world of technology and cannabis. They should be skilled at building and managing a high-performing sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and forging strong client relationships. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pasadena, CA.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales success.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and product offerings.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Stay informed about industry developments and regulations related to cannabis and technology.
Qualifications / Experience:
