Recruitment Coordinator - Austin TX

Responsibilities:

  • Work with TA management and hiring managers to setup requisitions and kick-off the recruitment process
  • Advertise requisitions externally and shortlist applications for hiring manager review
  • Create HireVue interview packages to be used in the recruitment processes
  • Schedule interviews for candidates and hiring teams
  • Work on candidate offers and see them through the entirety of the process (creating, presenting, and issuing offer documents)
  • Act as a point of contact for any recruitment or TA-related inquiry
  • Create documents to be used in training new Recruitment Coordinators
  • Lever Weekly Activity Reporting. Daily changes to candidates that are newly introduced, when offers are made, accepted, etc.
  • Responsible for liaising with appropriate stakeholders for queries relating to Client Account performance
  • Responsible for delivery of continuous improvement and innovation to drive efficiencies in Recruitment Coordination
Knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience:
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree/ or equivalent business experience essential
  • Excellent professional communication skills; written and verbal
  • Accurate data entry and basic to intermediate IT skills
  • Ability to follow processes and meet SLAs and deadlines
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment
  • Experience of chasing information in a confident professional manner
  • Experience of working in a service environment desirable
  • Use of Word, Excel and outlook

  • We offer base compensation plus a high percentage, uncapped commission plan.
