Homewatch CareGivers is seeking an Recruiting and Scheduling Coordinator at our Austin, Texas location. Homewatch CareGivers provides personalized in-home care to support our clients unique needs. As Scheduling Coordinator / On-Call Caregiver , you will administer, and coordinate business activities; you will be responsible for office communications, recruitment and hiring of caregivers. Responsibilities:
Manage incoming communications (phone, email, mail, etc.)
Manage client and caregiver files
Data entry into computer programs used in the office
Support and participate in the hiring process of new employees
Develop and execute caregiver schedules
Manage all training including orientation, case orientation, and ongoing training
Manage client, caregiver, and outside care collaborator relations
Manage a rotating schedule that includes on-call evenings and weekends
Office and clerical activities as needed
Caregiving skillset and experience to cover last minute shifts in any of our client's homes
Other duties as needed

Qualifications:
2+ years supervisory or administrative experience
Ability to solve problems quickly and independently
Excellent written and verbal communication
1+ years Microsoft Word, Excel or similar experience
Ability to pass all background screening
1+ years Home Care experience (Preferred)
