About The Opportunity

Assist our coordinators in coordinating the installation and service of our industry leading product lines for all of North America. Provide exceptional service to end-users, customers, regional managers, distributors, and technicians, via telephone, webinars, training, or site visits.

How will You Help our Impact?

* Enter, edit and assign incoming jobs to coordinators. * Update daily live information for tracking current jobs. * Work with sales and finance to assign job revenue totals. * Work with customers to finish close out and warranty documentation. * Assist coordinators with their projects and learn to coordinate, * Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers as well as other departments.

Who Do You Need to Be?

* Have customer service or dispatch experience. * Construction experience or project management is a plus. * Display high energy and enthusiasm under tight deadlines and work pressures. * Ability to clearly convey information and ideas through both verbal and written communication. * Excellent time management skills. * Experience with Microsoft Office 365. * Thrive in fast pace/high volume office atmosphere.
