Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team at the Romanoff Group of Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting heating and cooling systems in new construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install duct work distribution systems and residential heating and air conditioning equipment to company standards
  • Perform system startup and diagnostics for proper velocity, volume, temperature, pressure, etc.
  • Prepare records and reports describing procedures, actions taken and recommended solutions
  • Interface with customers and clients to ensure satisfaction with our services
  • Train and coach co-workers to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Make routine adjustments to maximize operational efficiency and follow all company safety guidelines
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and troubleshooting
  • Valid driver's license and ability to adhere to company screenings
  • New construction experience and EPA certification are a plus
  • Ability to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions while wearing appropriate PPE
