Overview

As a Financial Systems Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system to support Rithums's operations and growth. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining NetSuite to meet the evolving needs of our company. This position requires a deep understanding of NetSuite functionality, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams in Finance, Sales, and Engineering to streamline processes, enhance system capabilities and ensure data integrity. You will work closely with these teams to transform business specifications into system capability, managing the end-to-end technical design, development, quality assurance, implementation, and on-going post-production operations management.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Accounting team in the design and implementation of processes in Netsuite including the automation of manual accounting processes.

Work with Finance team and Netsuite developers to gather needs, deploy and maintain scripts.

Create and manage workflows for Finance and Accounting processes.

Maintain NetSuite’s integration with existing systems and programs within the company (Concur, ZIP, Salesforce, Jitterbit, Customer Portal, Paystand etc).

Be the key point of contact and senior administrator for NetSuite which includes the following: organization of the NetSuite Help ticketing functions, communication of priority issues and their timely resolution, management of the ACS team on complex projects, and maintenance of NetSuite including new release documentation

Provide Netsuite production support including any needed data conversions, system documentation, and end-user training.

When required, add fields and workflow to support additional Netsuite functionality.

Create custom reporting for management, Finance, and Accounting staff.

Implement enhancements and upgrades as needed to keep the system up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.

Support the population of Netsuite users outside of finance and accounting.

Maintain up-to-date process documentation and procedures.

Manage NetSuite support case queue

Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of related experience with 3 years most recent experience being a NetSuite administrator

Hands-on experience with NetSuite configurations, customizations, SuiteBilling, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.

Familiarity with standard accounting and financial reports.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Ability to work independently and in a team setting, while balancing multiple projects at any given time.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Advanced level of proficiency in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite ERP, and/or SuiteFoundation Certification is a plus.

Experience in SAAS industry and subscription based billing

Background working within a GAAP and SOX controls environment.

Hands-on experience with Celigo integration solutions and workflows

Concur, Salesforce, Jitterbit, Customer Portal, Paystand, and ZIP experience a plus.

Ability to work EST hours.
