We have been in business for 30 years and our mission is to add excellence to the Kitchen and Bathroom cabinet industry.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Be the primary point of contact in building long-term relationships with customers in a high-volume kitchen cabinet manufacturing environment.Must have experience in processing high-volume online orders from the initial placement, through to delivery.Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Respond promptly to customer inquiries, and process orders in a timely manner. Track all orders and issues to an acceptable solution.Communicate with customers and various departments in the manufacturing process through multiple channels to ensure high levels of satisfaction on the customer's part.Handle a high volume of emails and calls daily.Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.Know products inside and out so that you can answer questions and make suggestions to issues that arise.Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.Additional Requirements:Proven customer service, account management, or other relevant experience.Background in CabinetryExcellent organizational and computer skills, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and or NetSuiteAbility to prioritize among competing tasks.Experience with NetSuite is a plus.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent time and project management skills.Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Bilingual a plus; Spanish.Be available to work overtime if needed.
