Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Complete all shift duties as assigned, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Safeguard company assets, including cash, merchandise, and equipment, while maintaining a safe and secure store environment.
- Pay immediate attention to any spill or other hazardous condition, and report incidents to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager, including vendor check-in, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising.
- Ability to read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
- Eighth-grade level math competency to make change, complete shift reports, and account for inventory.
- Sufficient visual acuity to check identification and operate electronic equipment.
- Good personal grooming habits and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical requirements include standing up to 8 hours during a shift and ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
