Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Complete all shift duties as assigned, including stocking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and organized store environment.
  • Safeguard company assets, including cash, merchandise, and equipment, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

Requirements
  • Ability to read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
  • Eighth-grade level math competency to make change, complete shift reports, and account for merchandise.
  • Sufficient visual acuity to check identification and process transactions.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions for operating electronic cash registers, gas consoles, and other equipment.
  • Good personal grooming habits and a professional appearance.
  • Physical requirements include standing up to 8 hours during a shift and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
