Job Responsibilities: Regularly assess related processes, report with effective solutions, and help implement recommendations Manage inventory control systems and software such as Epic Willow Inventory (WINV), Pyxis ES, C2 Safe, KitCheck, ABC, Sentry/Sentinel, and direct purchasing contracts Maintain vendor relationships to ensure procurement of high-quality equipment and products at optimum prices Analyze markets to determine vendor sources and product availability Prepare solicitations, evaluate, negotiate, and prepare award purchase contracts Maintain familiarity with U.S. General Purchasing Office (GPO) contracts and utilize them for best possible contractual agreements Develop an understanding of 340B compliance and WAC purchasing for cost savings Perform daily purchasing functions of medications and related items, IV fluids, infusion/oncology supplies Ensure timely repackaging of medications and optimal inventory management Monitor pharmacy inventory, address recalls, and participate in buyer and inventory meetings Review top monthly spend medications, work closely with stakeholders, and optimize stock and dispensation Assist in pharmacy management duties and perform other administrative tasks as required

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's or entry-level business degree with 2 years minimum of pharmacy purchasing and/or supervisory experience Experience in pharmacy purchasing, 340b, and automation preferred Entry level or advanced pharmacy degree/certification preferred
