Inside Sales Account Manager - B2B Financial Services Job Summary: England Logistics is looking for great sales professionals. We are one of the fastest growing transportation logistics companies in North America. We are looking for talented and charismatic inside sales representatives from all walks of life to join our diverse sales and account management team. We are looking for sales professionals that are great at selling financial services. (Financing, commercial/home loans, auto loans, financial planning, auto lending, factoring, leasing, etc.) Benefits: First year high performers total compensation: $65k - $90k First year average performance total compensation: $58k - $65k Base salary of $47,750 plus uncapped commissions. Paid weekly. Medical insurance. Dental and vision insurance. 401k. Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days. Career development planning & promotions. Tons of food, recognition, awards, celebration, team building activities & FUN Qualifications: A great attitude and work ethic. Persuasive and professional sales and negotiating skills. Successful sales background and track record selling financial products or services. The ability to connect with people and create relationships over the phone. Knowledge of CRM's and MS Word & Excel. A college degree preferred. (Not required with previous sales experience.) Responsibilities: You will be responsible for selling England Logistics financial services. You will prospect new leads and make calls daily. You will identify financial solutions for clients and new business opportunities. You will build, manage, and grow a book of business. You will be coachable and accountable.
