Job Description:

As a Sales Agent at Nuwell, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, primarily focusing on outbound B2B sales calls across multiple lines of business. In addition to sales, you will be instrumental in testing the market in various key areas for product acceptance, documenting feedback from prospective clients, and relaying this information to our marketing team. This role requires a self-starter who can develop, maintain, and grow a sales pipeline while being comfortable with analytics and market feedback documentation. This is an inside sales role with the opportunity to earn commission based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound B2B inside sales calls across multiple lines of business to generate leads and close sales.
  • Test the market in different key areas for product acceptance and document feedback from prospective clients, relaying information to the marketing department.
  • Develop, maintain, and grow a sales pipeline by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Make sales within different product lines to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize analytics to understand market trends and customer preferences, documenting feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in building out the new sales department within the company.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and task orientation, willing to assist with various duties as needed.
  • Be prepared to make a high volume of outbound calls when necessary to achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members in a team-oriented environment to achieve collective goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or call center environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and document market feedback.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining a sales pipeline.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls when necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
