Our client, a manufacturing company is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Consultant for their location in Chattanooga, TN.

1. Provide high level communication to C-Suite level leadership on a range of human resource queries and opportunities arising from within the organization, in accordance with organizational policy and requirements.

2. Competently and efficiently handle a range of complex HR projects and issues (employee relations, resourcing, organization development, training, pay and benefits, performance management, people management, business change).

3. Understand human resource best practice strategies and practices which contribute to the organizations ability to meet identified human resource outcomes.

4. Take responsibility for the successful and timely completion of human resource related projects and priorities, as allocated.

5. Consult with organizational stakeholders on the development of policy and HR practices.

6. Scope and lead the procurement of new HR software tools to help support the business.

7. Assist with a range of Employment Relations queries and projects, including dispute resolution and disciplinary investigations, and other instances of conflict between unions, staff, and management.

8. Undertake human resource projects which contribute to the building of human resources within the organization.

Has senior level experience of supporting and advising managers across a range of HR issues including complex casework and projects.

Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, with experience of drafting detailed reports and outcome letters which effectively pulls together a broad set of data, with the ability to effectively structure a document and construct an argument.

Strong consulting, communication and influencing skills, including confidence in managing key C Suite level stakeholders.

Comfortable using a range of IT, digital and online systems and tools.

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
