Account Executive
As an Account Executive, you will support and oversee new client acquisition. This role will actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. You will be responsible for managing a potential customer list and proactively reaching out to engage new customers while continuously hunting and closing new business. This responsibility will entail working with churches, scheduling live demos, demonstrating Tithely solution(s) for churches, following up on sales opportunities and closing deals.
Primary Responsibilities of the Role
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
- Present products to prospective clients

Required:
- Proven experience in sales or a customer service role that involves persuasion and relationship building
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Possesses a strong business acumen
- Enthusiastic and passionate, particularly about church technology
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
- Knowledge of the CHMS and Online Giving market
- Familiar with the Tithe.ly menu of products
- Based in the Franklin, TN or Raleigh-Durham, NC area and legally able to work full-time in the US. Sponsorships are not available at this time.
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office required, and Wednesday and Friday strongly preferred.
- Travel may be required 1-2 times per year.
