About This Opportunity

As part of the Financial Services team, this Manager will grow the sales of Multi-Brand Gift Cards.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end product marketing of gift card products sold at some of the nation's largest retail and ecommerce brands including Target, Walmart, CVS and Walgreens.

The successful candidate will be creative and analytical with an impeccable attention to detail, with excellent written and oral communication skills as they work with various cross functional teams at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the marketing responsibilities of new product launches including card design, card collateral, designing email templates, creating websites through CMS platforms, etc.
  • Lead the marketing of existing products including website content support, card art design updates, in-store and online retail promotional placements, compliancy update requirements, etc.
  • Develop commercialization toolkits to support sell in and sell through of products.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking, and regularly monitor results then translate learnings into actionable insights to provide informative commentary on performance trends and make recommendations to shape decision making.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Product Managers, Creative Services, Card Operations, Trade Marketing & Execution, and Sales to ensure that all initiatives meet timeline and are aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems.
  • Be willing and able to flex between strategic and tactical/executional responsibilities.

The Successful Candidate Will
  • Be results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and impeccable attention to detail
  • Be analytical and data driven with proven track-record to leverage data to drive results; must be advanced with Microsoft Excel
  • Have polished communication skills, persuasive presentation skills and the ability to influence and negotiate to all levels of the organization

  • Have excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Be highly adaptable - roles and responsibilities are subject to change as our business evolves

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required
  • 2+ years consumer product marketing experience in Financial Services or e-commerce
  • Experience in product marketing or equivalent function (partnered with product management and/or engineering to represent market requirements), and brand strategy
  • Expertise for Adobe suite of products (Adobe Experience Cloud) including Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) project management tools are a plus
