What key responsibilities would you assume in this role?
Manage all day-to-day production through a team of Shift Supervisors and supporting staff
Ensure that optimal scheduling and crisp execution meets or exceeds the needs of our customers
Coach and manage the performance of team members within the business unit
Optimize performance through the measurement and managing of key outcomes and metrics
Establish and improve systems and processes to minimize risk and deliver dependable results
Challenging the team to overcome obstacles in delivering high service levels and results
Lead strategy & planning for the business unit – capacity, budget, capital investment, etc.
