You are responsible for developing and managing a high performing poly skilled team of software engineers to develop software using DEVSECOPS and Agile/ Lean principles. What you will do:
Provide management, coaching and mentorship to those who report to this role to maximize team's health and effectiveness, and to optimize individuals' career growth.

Lead the craftsmanship, architecture, security, availability, resilience, scalability, performance, and cost effectiveness of the team's solutions.
Leverage adeep understanding of front end andback-endarchitecturesto develop high availability applications operating in a 24 x 7 environment.

You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, software

technical writing or equivalent experience.
