The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, particularly in areas such as Application/Software Development, SaaS/PaaS Implementation, DevSecOps, AI/ML, RPA, Cybersecurity and Privacy. This is a full-time opportunity and hybrid in Arlington, VA.

Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospective CBP clients
  • Provide consulting services to CBP customers in various technical areas
  • Support delivery, customer management, recruitment and sales efforts within the CBP account
  • Lead customer delivery, sales pipeline development, capture activities and technical solution development
  • Collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and colleagues
  • Utilize knowledge of government IT contracting and acquisition trends
  • Shape proposal strategies to maximize success rates
  • Manage multiple capture actions for IT opportunities


Technical Program Manager Requirements:

  • Active CBP clearance
  • 10+ years of experience in IT services capture, business development and proposal development, preferably within the DHS market
  • Strong relationships and delivery experience within the CBP market
  • Experience with capture management and proposal development
  • Team management experience
  • Knowledge of CBP customer mission requirements and IT buying habits
  • Strong leadership, ethical business practices and customer understanding
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
