We are hiring a Project Office Engineer for one of our projects in Puerto Rico. Position Summary: The Project Office Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the administration and documentation of a multi-bridge design-build project, providing day-to-day office functions, including: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performing inspections and preparing documents for the entire project. Processing and electronic storage of all project records. Includes directing and tracking project reports and records. Preparing project records with details such as field progress, field conditions, equipment use, and corrective actions. Maintaining construction project records in accordance with procedures Interfacing with the Resident Engineer/CM and inspection staff on various facets of the project Attending project meetings and assisting with preparing meeting reports and meeting minutes. Assisting with the preparation of monthly progress reports Maintaining project logs Performing reviews of daily inspection reports and quality computations Corresponding with owner design and engineering teams and contractor Education, Certifications, and Experience: The qualifications for a Project Office Engineer include the following: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. EIT Certificate Minimum of three (4) years of experience with construction inspection and management on infrastructure construction projects 1 year serving as Project or Resident Engineer or Assistant Project or Resident Engineer on State or Federal highway or bridge construction projects.

Comprehensive knowledge of highway engineering principles, construction methods, traffic control, environmental compliance, surveying, equipment, trades, materials, schedules, and practices.

Proficiency in project management software Knowledge of Aconex Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
