Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the client in crafting comprehensive requirement documents to address mission objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to lead project management efforts.
- Evaluate new and intricate engineering project-related challenges and devise innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and components.
- Serve as the primary contact for engineering project inquiries and communications related to customer missions.
- Conduct application systems analysis and programming activities across various government sites.
- Develop both long-term and short-term plans for application selection, systems development, maintenance, and production activities, including necessary support resources.
- Prepare briefings and talking points for meetings with interdisciplinary engineering teams and other relevant stakeholders.
- Gather necessary documentation such as photos, facility layouts, and building floor plans associated with project sites.
- Exhibit technical expertise in enterprise network devices and services, major IT support systems, and related technologies.

Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in IT engineering project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition regulations.
- Proven knowledge of IT infrastructure and experience in recommending solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and mission effectiveness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Visio, Project, and other MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Practical understanding of Microsoft Enterprise services for on-premise environments.
- ITIL certification.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM).
