Our team is seeking a Project Manager with over 7 years of experience in land development and site civil engineering for private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager at Bohler, you will:

  • Receive the infrastructure and support to effectively manage your client portfolio with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Enhance both your personal brand and the Bohler brand through active engagement in the local marketplace.
  • Act as the primary leader in guiding the direction and scope of your clients' projects.
  • Mentor, train, and develop your team of Assistant Project Managers and designers.
  • Encourage and empower your team to achieve new levels of success, providing opportunities for career growth.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to your clients, understanding their needs and leveraging your team's technical expertise to help them meet their development objectives.
  • Represent your clients during critical project milestones, including public presentations and hearings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license.
  • 7+ years of civil engineering experience in land development projects for private sector clients.
  • Experience with single-family residential, data centers, and manufacturing facilities is preferred.
  • A proven track record of building, motivating, and leading high-performance site design teams.
  • Experience in nurturing and developing client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
