Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of project managers on large-scale projects, ensuring successful delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, milestones, and reporting metrics to drive project success.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of project progress and assist in planning and prioritizing multiple projects.
  • Determine resource allocation and project priorities across teams, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to specify tasks and address project execution, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
  • Demonstrate expertise in enterprise network devices and services, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
  • Lead and mentor administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • May require working beyond standard hours and occasional travel to support project needs.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS tools and experience using IT ticket systems.

Requirements:

  • Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Experience supporting Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of DoD acquisition regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL.
