Duties:

Oversee daily accounting function (Staff & Senior Accountants) - cash management, AP, AR, general ledger

Handle financial statement prep on a quarterly basis for internal and external stakeholders

Track financial reporting requirements for development projects

Manager equity requests and project settlement entries

Review construction draws and lender fund requests

Keys:

BS in Accounting and 5+ years experience

Public accounting audit experience and a CPA license

Ability to commute to Arlington VA 2-3 days/week

Interest in real estate development

Strong management skills and ability to succeed in multiple areas of an accounting function
