Cahill Financial Advisors, Inc. est. 1980, is an independent, Fee-Only wealth management firm. We provide investment management and financial planning services for individuals, families, and small businesses.

The Client Services Specialist serves as support to our firms advisors and senior staff for account maintenance, client relationship management, and other administrative tasks detailed below.

Major areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

  • Organizing and prioritizing daily tasks
  • Working with multiple custodians to open and maintain client accounts, process money movements, update or alter account registrations, and otherwise maintain client accounts
  • Monitoring the CRM for incoming advisor or client requests
  • Responding to and completing client requests
  • Opening the office building
  • Staffing the front desk to greet visitors
  • Answering phones and directing calls throughout the office
  • Opening and processing daily mail
  • Processing and filing daily account activity
  • General office tasks, such as copying and scanning, greeting clients, and scheduling meetings
  • Special projects as needed

Primary Objectives:

  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction
  • Support advisors efforts to provide quality services to their clients
  • Maintain a CRM-centered workflow in the firm
  • Maintain accurate, organized and accessible records of all activity
  • Strive to eliminate errors
  • Maintain utmost ethical standards

To be successful in this role, a Client Services Specialist must:

  • 3 -5 years industry experience or closely related field
  • Possess above-average administrative technology skills, including Microsoft Office 365
  • Be willing to engage both clients and colleagues throughout the day
  • Be skilled at maintaining a task-oriented workflow
  • Be willing to take direction and requests from multiple sources, and prioritize accordingly
  • Possess excellent communication skills on the phone, in person, and in written correspondence
  • Possess the utmost ethical standards

This role is in-person at our Edina office location from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
