This role requires creativity, leadership, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. Responsibilities: Develop and implement care models to improve patient outcomes. Mentor and develop nursing staff. Ensure high standards of patient care through innovation and leadership. Manage nursing documentation and quality assurance. Foster employee retention and enhance team performance. Develop and maintain staff and equipment budgets. Champion care for patients from marginalized communities. Participate in and lead hospital-wide committees and task forces. Qualifications and Requirements: Education:
