Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Training and HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating training programs, supporting employee development initiatives, and providing general HR support. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in HR and training.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Coordination:

Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs.

Schedule training sessions and coordinate logistics, including venue, materials, and equipment.

Maintain training records and track employee participation and progress.

Prepare and distribute training materials, handouts, and other resources.

Support trainers and facilitators during training sessions.

Employee Development:

Assist in identifying employee development needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.

Help in creating individual development plans for employees.

Support the implementation of mentorship and coaching programs.

HR Administration:

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork.

Assist with employee relations, addressing basic HR queries and concerns.

Help in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure training programs comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Assist in preparing reports on training and development activities.

Support the HR team in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Other Duties:

Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Stay up-to-date with HR and training trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Prior experience or internships in HR or training is a plus but not required.
