Responsibilities

Produce coordinated mechanical pipe and/or plumbing plans for installation on commercial projects. Produce pipe fabrication spool drawings and material lists from coordinated piping model for fabrication department. Produce layout points for hanger and core hole locations for plumbing and mechanical piping systems. Produce mechanical pipe and plumbing record drawings for use in closeout of project. Work with project foreman throughout construction phase to resolve unseen issues and incorporate changes to contract scope.
