JOB DESCRIPTION/POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Scope of Work. Reporting to the EGS Operations Manager, candidate will ensure BOSS shop and engineering support is synchronized with EGS integrated operations, processing and prep for Artemis processing facilities. Candidate is expected to proactively monitor all Artemis flow activities and communicate to integrated planners, facility managers, other support contractors and NASA EGS management. Candidate must be able to understand the Artemis Flow process and establish priorities for the BOSS contract for support. Communications and proven ability to facilitate and resolve baseline maintenance and operational conflicts are required. Candidate must be able to manage complex facility projects and mods.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage facility system modifications and repairs to ensure facility readiness for SLS processing.

Develop plans and execute standards, communications as directed by EGS Operations Integration Manager to insure implementation of management strategies, and successful support to EGS activities
• Serve as EGS project manager to verify priorities for shops and engineering supporting baseline repairs and projects reflect the needs of the program.
• Perform as BOSS operations primary point of contact for facility work and system readiness
• Partner with facility managers at processing areas to monitor schedules and assess the condition of facility systems and condition
• Work with engineering and safety to ensure integration of resources and personnel safety
• Attend daily integration meetings and coordinate support from operational changes and potential impacts
• Collaborate with BOSS Integration team to develop facility and operations readiness
• Review systems and facility readiness focusing on open work; coordinate completing open work and developing work around to minimize or eliminate impacts
• Attend Internal meetings that report state of contract managed systems, facilities and utilities
• Work closely with Work Control, O&M, Facility Management and Mission Support to ensure integration and communications regarding BOSS resources, priorities and other spaceport programs and customers
• Attend EGS routine management meetings representing BOSS and reporting issues and concerns
• Partner with SIC Manager to establish console protocols ,operations support etiquette for Test Conductors and other BOSS entities in accordance with EGS expectations
• Monitor readiness calls and input calls are timely to ensure readiness letter per the PWS is submitted to customers within three days of scheduled operation

REQUIRED SKILLS/SPECIAL TRAINING/CERTIFICATIONS:

Maximo, Solumina and TIPS access and training

EDUCATION/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE (Ref. Section C: Job Leveling):
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 10 years experience in facility systems and project management
• Experience with Artemis program processing and launch activities
• Good communication skills - ability to integrate with various contracts and customers, across all levels - from management to technicians
• Proven experience and knowledge in project management, planning and integration at KSC processing facilities
• Knowledge of KSC contractors scope and responsibilities
• Established relationships with customers and stakeholders
