ACRC employs approximately 700+ individuals working out of eight offices in a ten-county area. ACRC is one of 21 Regional Centers in California.COMPENSATION The below is dependent upon experience and education.Service Coordinator I: $21.01 - $26.78/hr. (must possess a bachelor's degree)Service Coordinator IIIB: $24.63 - $31.43/hr. (must possess a master's degree and 1-year post-masters experience)Service Coordinator IIIA: $27.19 - $ 34.71/hr. (must possess a master's degree and 2-years post-masters experience )The actual amount offered within this range will depend on a variety of factors including skills and abilities, education, experience, and other relevant job-related factors. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.THE POSITION AND JOB SUMMARY ACRC is seeking a Service Coordinator to provide case management and advocacy for persons with developmental delays within Early Intervention. This position is currently located in the Yuba City office and may have cases anywhere in the greater Yuba City area. The Early Intervention Service Coordinator will provide case management and advocacy for children from birth to three years of age with a developmental delay, established risk condition, or who are at high risk of having a developmental disability. Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial and developmental screening assessments in the home environment; developing individual family service plans (IFSP) with families and collaborative agencies; coordinating services for infants and their families; determining ongoing eligibility of clients at age 3; completing all required forms, documentation, and reports according to regulations and ACRC policies and procedures; rotating officer-of-the-day duties with other Service Coordinators; assisting co-workers with special projects, unique problems.SUMMARY OF OUTSTANDING BENEFITS ACRC offers an excellent working environment and a benefits package to include:90% employer-paid health insurance plus low-cost dependent coverage including domestic partners100% employer-paid dental and vision insurance for employees plus dependents100% employer-paid employee life insurance coverage100% employer-paid long term disability coverageFlexible benefits pre-tax spending programCalPERS employee pension plan and 457 and 403-B voluntary tax shelter annuities.
