Administrative Tasks: Assist in the coordination and scheduling of shifts, ensuring adequate coverage and compliance with regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client progress notes, incident reports, and other documentation as required.Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions as needed. Transportation Responsibilities: Safely transport individuals to and from various appointments, activities, and community outings.Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies related to transportation.Complete any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor or management team.Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate empathy and patience.Knowledge of CARF standards and regulations.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with auto insurance.
