Furthermore, the role includes organizational responsibilities related to marketing materials and providing assistance to the Marketing Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and editing of various communication materials for the credit union.
  • Collaborate on advertising and promotional strategies.
  • Create and curate content for social media channels.
  • Produce video content for diverse purposes.
  • Update and maintain the credit union's website.
  • Support administrative functions within the Marketing Department.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Performance Indicators:

  1. Contribute to the execution of advertising and promotional initiatives.
  2. Develop and refine content for various marketing materials.
  3. Create engaging video content for the credit union.
  4. Maintain the credit union's website while monitoring SEO and accessibility standards.
  5. Manage e-marketing and social media campaigns.
  6. Coordinate with external partners for marketing activities.
  7. Ensure consistency of branding across all marketing materials.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in marketing, public relations, or sales.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms.
  • Preferred educational background in Marketing, Communication, or Business.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with website content management and SEO practices.
  • Effective written communication skills.
  • Physical capability to lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Residency in Pennsylvania is required.
