Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and editing of various communication materials for the credit union.
- Collaborate on advertising and promotional strategies.
- Create and curate content for social media channels.
- Produce video content for diverse purposes.
- Update and maintain the credit union's website.
- Support administrative functions within the Marketing Department.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Performance Indicators:
- Contribute to the execution of advertising and promotional initiatives.
- Develop and refine content for various marketing materials.
- Create engaging video content for the credit union.
- Maintain the credit union's website while monitoring SEO and accessibility standards.
- Manage e-marketing and social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with external partners for marketing activities.
- Ensure consistency of branding across all marketing materials.
- Assist in the organization of events and seminars.
- Address inquiries related to promotional programs.
- Participate in training opportunities to enhance professional skills.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in marketing, public relations, or sales.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in managing social media platforms.
- Preferred educational background in Marketing, Communication, or Business.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with website content management and SEO practices.
- Effective written communication skills.
- Physical capability to lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Residency in Pennsylvania is required.
