- Serving as initial point of contact for assigned TAFS clients, delivering an ongoing, unparalleled customer experience to TAFS clients through good rapport and communication.
- Ensuring an ongoing high standard of customer service with clients
- Delivering consistent communication and diplomacy when interacting with clients
- Educating clients on proper use of TAFS tools and standard funding procedures
- Resolving or escalating all client issues or concerns on a timely basis
- Superior customer relations and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting
- Attention to detail.
- Computer knowledge
- This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- TAFS is based out of our corporate facility in Olathe, KS
