Review contract documentation and requirements. Work with Customers, Sales and Sales Representatives to resolve contract discrepancies. Enter order and special contract requirements in ERP system. Allocate required materials. Coordinate special design efforts with Engineering and Drafting. Prepare contract review records and obtain necessary approvals. Prepare and maintain required contract documentation. Coordinate customer change orders. Responsible for reading and understanding all Celeros Flow Technology contract-related procedures and ASME Section III Manual. Recommend strategies to improve efficiency in order processing. Participate in and conduct internal audits at the direction of the QA Department. Prepare valve processing schedules for customer review.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong communication and leadership skills required. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast paced and demanding. Must be self-directed, have initiative and excellent organizational skills. Exhibit a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy.
