Work closely with cross-functional teams including leasing, property management, and development to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Coordinate marketing events and promotions to drive foot traffic and enhance customer engagement. Assist with tenant engagement efforts. All other duties as assigned. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Related Field. Substantial experience in lieu of degree will be considered. 3+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Illustrator Photoshop). Knowledge of the commercial and residential leasing industry is a plus. ABOUT YOU:

Customer service oriented by nature. Must be able to handle all situations with diplomacy. Boundless curiosity and can-do attitude. Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent presentation skills and comfortable communicating with a variety of audiences. Demonstrated skills as a writer/editor with knowledge to work with a wide range of communications vehicles, including video, PowerPoint, social media tools and electronic publications.
