At GardaWorld, we understand the importance of competitive compensation, which is why we offer attractive hourly starting rates in every market we serve.

Compensation: $17.50 / Hour
Shift: 4pm - 12am or 12am-8am

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering outstanding customer service is always your primary focus.
  • Monitoring and surveying your assigned area while providing detailed reports on activities.
  • Responding swiftly in critical situations.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in reading and writing comprehensive reports.
  • Understanding when and how to enforce customer policies, regulations, and standards.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to successfully complete an extensive screening process.
  • Previous experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus.
  • Possession of a state license if required.
