Oversee all marketing & lead generation for the company (digital, traditional, and non-traditional) Manage marketing KPIs and marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources (big focus on decreasing the marketing cost) Manage the Call Center Manager and team Manage the Shows/Events Manager and team Manage marketing vendors and third party relationships Track and review campaigns for improvement opportunities

The Right Candidate Will Have:

Marketing & lead generation experience within the home services industry Marketing management experience at a $10M+ home improvement company is preferred Experience managing marketing teams (preferably shows & events and a call center)
