Assist with journal entries, new accounting processes, and integration Perform special project requests pertaining to financial management What We’re Looking For: We are seeking an individual with strong A/R bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Enterprise Contractor Edition (QBE) is a plus), MS Office and Google Suite experience, and working knowledge of CRM software programs. The right individual would have a good understanding of accounts receivable with accrual basis accounting and deferred revenue recognition. Experience with detailed job costing. You’ll thrive in this job if you’re a good communicator, have proven systems for keeping track of your deliverables and stay organized, while having the ability to excel in a team environment where your performance is measured by the success of all. Additional Qualifications: Critical/Pivotal Role requiring exceptional attendance and reliability. Maintain pace intensity to match the needs of all field, service, and accounting support initiatives. Great computer technology skills, CRM experience, MS office, and Google apps such as Gmail. Excel proficient including Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP. Outstanding communication and follow-up skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be highly organized with extreme attention to detail for logging and communicating detailed information. Present a consistent positive attitude and exceptional teamwork. Strong ability to manage numerous priorities, multitask, and follow through on assigned tasks and projects. Superior self-awareness, accountability, confidence, and poise while juggling numerous tasks and responsibilities. Proven track record highlighting examples of being a self-starter while requiring minimal supervision. Solution-minded, always looking for ways to improve efficiency, communication, logistical solutions and processes, continuous improvement. Previous experience in the solar industry and/or construction accounting is a plus. Clean driving record with reliable transportation.
