Rebel is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Business Development Manager to join its business development team. Rebel’s approach to sales is a consultative one that prioritizes finding the best solutions to meet a client’s objectives vs. simply making a sale. The Business Development Manager will benefit from Rebel’s strong lead pipeline but will also be responsible for creating new opportunities themselves. What You’ll Do Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Responding to leads in a prompt manner Qualifying prospective clients Maintaining proactive communication with leads Creating proposals and presentations Responding to RFPs Documenting all information into Salesforce Maintenance of pipeline and all open opportunities Ownership and project management of business opportunities Proactively identifying other industries or business clients, as well as seeking opportunities from different areas of an existing client’s business or re-engaging past clients

Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have and/or demonstrate the following attributes and characteristics: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing sales and/or agency experience Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions and products/services A proven track record of revenue generation A strategic mindset when it comes to surfacing, hearing and understanding the clients' challenges and pain points Strong ability to “hear” the client’s ask even when not specifically said A collaborative mindset and willingness to work with Rebel subject matter experts to help inform the most effective client offerings The ability to balance multiple projects at once The ability to meet quick deadlines and turnaround times Strong organizational skills/detail and process-oriented The ability to own a new business project end-to-end until a sale has been achieved Strong written and verbal communication skills Persuasive presentation and pitching capabilities Honesty and integrity The ability to work independently and manage a new business opportunity end-to-end until a sale has been achieved Understanding and experience with Salesforce is a benefit In-office position EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Employment Application
