Currently, we are seeking a Process Excellence Manager.

Located at our Capenhurst facility, you will oversee the implementation and delivery of the Site Service model for Process Excellence and Data Reporting, ensuring safety, compliance, and reliability across Enrichment, Chemical Processing, Decommissioning & Waste, and Site Shared Services.

The Process Excellence Manager will be responsible for delivering a suite of Process Excellence and Data Reporting services that enhance the operational efficiency of the Capenhurst site and its various business units.

You will establish standards and policies for operational excellence analysis and lead the evaluation of process conditions and quality.

Identify improvement opportunities to enhance the interaction between processes.
Set benchmarks and frameworks for performance reporting and relevant metrics (business / safety / key performance indicators).
Manage the central data repository and associated performance reporting / dashboards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement to maintain safe, reliable, and predictable processes.

Define KPIs and performance metrics for both delivery and system/process health, ensuring team performance and adherence across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Ensure compliance with the Business Support Services budget. Prepare, manage, and update all funding requests within the appropriate processes (e.g., opex or capex).
What Will Your Day Entail?
Lead the Process Excellence and Data Reporting Team and collaborate with stakeholders.
Ensure timely and compliant delivery of the process excellence and data reporting program and outputs.
Implement an integrated approach, framework, and operating model for Process Excellence and Data Reporting services across the Capenhurst site.

Guide the Process Excellence and Data Reporting Team to align the culture and behaviors within the team with those of the broader Capenhurst community, fostering an engaged workforce and enhanced worker experience.

As a member of the Business Support Services Management Team, work collaboratively to share ideas that improve operational processes and the working environment.

Ensure data reporting is completed and delivered within required timeframes to support governance meetings.

Monitor and assess Capenhurst processes to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency, verifying that outcomes align with intended process results.

Collaborate with process owners to implement and report on Process Performance Measures to evaluate the relationship between processes and their outcomes.

What Skills Will You Need?
Relevant technical degree or equivalent industrial experience.
Certification in a process excellence methodology such as Lean Six Sigma.
Experience in process analysis (defining, documenting, assessing, and scrutinizing business processes to identify areas for potential enhancement).
Proven track record in streamlining processes or developing solutions that enhance efficiency or productivity.
