We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new leads and business opportunities for our platform. The ideal candidate will be adept at prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings through phone, email, and LinkedIn. BDRs are the spearhead of our company, the first to introduce our solution to the e-commerce world, and key representatives of our platform. Responsibilities

Build and manage your pipeline, generating opportunities for Account Executives. Own and execute outbound prospecting campaigns, including emails, calls, and social selling, to generate leads and fuel our pipeline. Follow up on demand generation campaigns from the marketing team to identify prospects. Generate prospects and build the pipeline for the US market. Identify niches and create ideas for new campaigns. Draw data-driven conclusions from results and lessons learned. Manage the HubSpot process effectively. At least 1 year of experience as a SaaS BDR. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and HubSpot is a plus. Ambitious, competitive, and possess leadership potential. Ownership mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Creative and bold in finding new ways to generate business. Must have the legal right to work in the US. Comfortable working in a remote environment.
