Provides exemplary advice and service to a base of 50-100 clients on matters related to financial planning and investment management. Assists Planners in the development of comprehensive financial plans, responds to ad hoc questions, and assists clients with implementing the financial and investment plans. New financial planning strategies can only be presented to the client in conjunction with or with the approval of the financial planner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Participates in client meetings with Planner. Updates clients’ financial information in our database on an ongoing basis. Prepares financial plan and other client meeting preparatory. Identifies gaps in clients’ plans relative to their goals, then strategize methods of reducing or eliminating those gaps. Educates clients in financial planning and investment concepts. Provides financial advice to clients. Responds to ad hoc client questions. Conveys complex strategies in both oral and written form. Juggle multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines. Monitors workflows required to service clients. Provides excellent client service. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience in financial planning. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS: CFP CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS: Quick and accurate responses to clients. Possesses a passion to help team and clients. Show initiative and generate ideas proactively. Implement brand promises (“we only work for you”). Reliable and follows through on commitments. Possesses strong analytical skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Process driven. Able to prioritize; deadline and detail sensitive. Strong writing skills Team player mentality. Client-friendly.
